Refund policy

At Zali Hauser Arts, each original artwork is created by hand with care.

Due to the nature of original artwork and made-to-order products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement, repair or refund where appropriate.
